This chic and comfortable house is spread over two floors. This villa, unique thanks to its architecture and design, offers spacious living areas.
The interior spaces are comfortable and well equipped, promising a very pleasant stay.
Each room of the house benefits from a very pleasant natural luminosity and gives way to a refined and discreet decor : the exposed paintings on the wall, the pine beams on the ceiling and the large windows with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. 
Guests will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, the spacious dining room, the charming living room with hall and the four double bedrooms with private en suite bathroom.

The villa opens onto a beautiful lush garden.
Visitors will appreciate the covered terrace with striking columns that support the traditional tile roof, which is the perfect place to gather and enjoy good times with family and friends. This area has a summer lounge and a large dining table perfect outdoor meals.
Guests will also enjoy the swimming pool and its nearby jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a great day of sightseeing in Mallorca.


Staff & Services

The price includes the change of linen and towels 2 times a week, a laundry service, bathrobes, air-conditioning, baby cots (available on request) and the final housekeeping.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as preparation of meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners).
