Villa Rosaella

The Villa Rosaella was built in 2013 and is located on the south-east coast of Mallorca, right next to the sea in the beautiful bay of Cala Serena, on one of the island ‘s most beautiful pieces of land. This unique location, with views across the sea inlet, is a little bit of paradise, in which every possible luxury and absolute privacy are the focus. This villa is the only property in the Mediterranean with a berth for yachts up to 25 metres. The house offers more than 800 square metres of living space over three floors with 6 bedrooms and can accomodate up to 12 persons.

Indoors 

A striking visual and emotional link has been created between the interior spaces and the exterior panoramas. Over three metres high and 25 metres long, the glazed wall of the living/dining area can be lowered completely into the ground at the touch of a button, creating an amazing transition into the outdoor space. In addition to an indoor lounge with billiards, bar and imposing view of the sea bay, as well as a 3D cinema, the property also  offers a fitness room with sauna.
There are six bedrooms in total and each of them have been tastefully designed to ensure the utmost comfort and luxury.
Guests can enjoy two double rooms (with direct sea view, balcony and bathroom en suite), one double room (with side sea view, balcony and bathroom en suite), two double bedrooms (with a bathroom in the middle of both rooms and a master suite.


Outdoors​ 

The property has several themed terraces and a direct access to the sea with sunbeds. 
Guests can enjoy a various amazing areas such as a roof terrace with bar, chill out area and 360° view of the bay and the sea, well-maintained gardens, a children area and an outdoor covered lounge with bar and gastro grill for BBQ.
There are also an overflowing pool (more than 25 metres), a rock waterfall with relaxation area and a jacuzzi.
Guests can appreciate the presence of underground parking spaces and a berth for yachts up to 25 metres.
 

Staff & Services

Daily housekeeping*, complete housekeeping at the end of the stay are included, and the usual household costs for heating, electricity and water consumption (electricity: Per person 4kW/day, water: Per person 120 liters/day). The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services on request.

* : cleaning of the guestrooms and bathrooms in the morning, basic cleaning of the floors in the kitchen, living and dining area, lagoon pools and toilets (The rooms has to be free before 11 o'clock.).


Location

Villa Rosaella is located on the south-east coast of Mallorca, right next to the sea in the beautiful bay of Cala Serena. The pulsating, cosmopolitan island metropolis of Palma and the international airport are just 45 minutes away by car.
