Indoors
You enter the foyer of the villa on the top floor: from here you can access the other levels, as well as the two expansive master bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom, dressing room and terrace. On the right, to the south of the grounds, a further bedroom overlooks the sea, which also has its own bathroom and terrace.
The terrace level also accommodates the spa area with its fitness equipment, sauna and lounge as well as its own WC and shower. Two of the six bedrooms are also to be found on this floor.
The lowest level houses an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and terrace.
Indoors blends seamlessly into outdoors on the expansive terraces of the main floor. The grandiose sea view is also visible from the living room and dining room.
The dining table accomodates 12 people. The villas own winery stores a fine selection of red wines.
The terrace level also accommodates the spa area with its fitness equipment, sauna and lounge as well as its own WC and shower. Guests can enjoy a perfect view of the sunset – and across to Ibiza.
Outdoors
The outdoor kitchen is perfect for hosting sumptuous BBQs. Up to 12 people can eat on the terrace.

Staff and service
Your personal housekeeper is to hand daily. She will bring the daily newspaper, maintain the pool and attend to your every needs (shopping is charged extra). Cleaning at the end of your stay is naturally included.
During the high seasons, prices include: Private Chef services 50 hours per week(chef services are not included during low seasons).
Location
The location of the Villa Astor is unique and virtually unsurpassable on the island of Majorca. The south west-facing hillside plot overlooks a breathtaking sea panorama – and in good conditions you can even look over as far as Ibiza. Surrounded by nature and located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy this view in complete tranquillity and privacy. However, the beach or the centre of Port d’Andratx are only a few minutes away.
