Cala Vinyes Beach, with its fine sand and crystal-clear waters, is approximately 300 metres from the villa, just a few minutes' walk away.

Indoors 

The villa offers spacious interiors decorated in a contemporary and comfortable style. The 80 m² living room features large windows overlooking the sea, as well as a fireplace, TV with Home Cinema system and a comfortable seating area.
The dining room, approximately 40 m², combines contemporary furniture with antique pieces. The fully equipped kitchen includes three refrigerators and a professional oven.
The property also features a library and study, as well as an independent space called "Sanctuary", designed as a place to work and relax. It includes high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a TV, a sound system and a terrace overlooking the sea.
A lounge area with a heated jacuzzi also provides a relaxing setting overlooking the Mediterranean.


Outdoors​ 

The villa features several terraces furnished with sun loungers, sofas and dining areas. The main terrace includes a large wooden dining table and a professional barbecue, providing an ideal setting for outdoor meals while enjoying the sea views.
The 8 x 5 metre saltwater swimming pool blends beautifully with the Mediterranean surroundings. A child safety fence can be installed around the pool on request.
The Mediterranean garden surrounds the property, with several areas where guests can enjoy the sun or relax in the shade.
The villa also benefits from direct access to the sea, allowing guests to easily reach the Mediterranean waters directly from the property.

Location

Villa Carcala is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Vinyes, on the southwest coast of Mallorca. The property enjoys direct access to the sea and is approximately 300 metres from Cala Vinyes Beach.
Several restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities can be found within a few minutes' walk.
The villa is approximately 15 minutes by car from Palma and 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca Airport. Puerto Portals and Port Adriano are also easily accessible by car.
The area offers a wide range of activities, including several golf courses, water sports and various beaches nearby.
