Each of the bedrooms with their own large, modern ensuite bathrooms have been decorated in keeping with the rest of the property. The master bedroom has a private terrace, a dressing room area and small sitting area. The very top floor has bedrooms that are ideal for children as well as large communal spaces that are perfect for work or play. A smaller guest house contains two further bedrooms and kitchen, dining and bathroom facilities, making it ideal for additional guests or in-home help. Indoors

Terraces 800m². 3 buildings.

Main building 600m² with 8 bedrooms, guest house of 90m² with 2 bedrooms and staff quarters with a kitchen. The house is on three levels.

The main entrance opens to a living room with light coloured sofas and coffee tables. Next to this there is a TV room with more sofas. The fully equipped kitchen with bar stools for breakfast dining and the dining area with a table, are also on this floor as well as a couple of the large bedrooms.

On the second floor there is a sitting room with sofas and the main bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and dressing room.
The other three bedrooms on this floor are all ensuite and have large beds.

On the top floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, sofas and reading areas for children. There are also two bathrooms upstairs.

In the second building of aprox. 100m² there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a small kitchen.
The large terraces surround a 20m x 8m saltwater swimming pool and a semi-covered Jacuzzi. The house is fully automated.

The third building has two rooms for staff with small beds and an industrial kitchen.


Outdoors

The property, built in a contemporary mansion-style sits within large private grounds offering shade and protection from the main line of the beach. Surrounded by a garden of manicured lawns, trees and flowers, the large salt-water swimming pool offers a high level of privacy while remaining just a short walk from the beach. The outdoor space is ideal for use at any time of the day because of the sun loungers and outdoor dining facilities with the semi-covered Jacuzzi adding a final touch of luxury.


Location

The villa is situated just beside the beautiful Alcudia beach, meaning that guests don’t have to go far for a swim in the warm, clean waters of Mallorca’s Northern coast. A safe and tranquil haven, Alcudia beach, stretching for 3.5 kilometres, is ideal for families looking to escape the more energetic atmosphere to the South of the island. There are plenty of good cafes, restaurants, services and amenities within easy reach of the property, and a number of boat trips start from here. The historic Alcudia town, located only three kilometres inland, is worth a visit for its beautiful 14th century architecture and charming narrow streets.
