Villa Rainbow

Villa Rainbow is a luxury rental villa of 800m2 located in Palma, it stands out for its location which is 10 minutes by car from the city centre and it’s surrounded by many Mediterranean cuisine restaurants and beautiful countryside with views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Villa Rainbow has 12 bedrooms with double bed and 13 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people (max 24).
There are two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor bar, gym, salt water pool and chill out area. It also has a massage room and specialized equipment for bicycles that includes storage and repair desk.
The villa has all the facilities and amenities to make your stay unforgettable.


Bedrooms

BEDROOM WITH TERRACE AND 140CM DOUBLE BED
These 4 bedrooms are on the first floor and they have private equipped terrace. They have a double bed of 140cm and they have en suite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms of have hair dryer, toiletries, satellite TV with hotel mode, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and heating system.

BEDROOM WITH BATH TUB AND 140CM DOUBLE BED
These 4 bedrooms are on the ground floor. They have a double bed of 140cm and they have en suite bathroom and a wonderful vintage style bath tub next to the bed. All the bedrooms have hair dryer, toiletries, satellite TV with hotel mode, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and heating system.

BEDROOM WITH CHAISE LONGUE AND 160CM DOUBLE BED
These 4 bedrooms are on the lower ground floor and they have a double bed of 160cm, a sofa and an en suite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have hair dryer, toiletries, satellite TV with hotel mode, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning and heating system.

Note: the house can accommodate up to 24 people (at an additional cost).


Indoors

The kitchen and the dining room: On the ground floor we have a fully equipped kitchen to use when and how you want. There is the large dining room too where you can find a big wood table and chairs that can accommodate up to 14 people , overlooking the pool area and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. All available for you to enjoy when and with whom you want during your stay.
Lobby and living room: In the lower ground floor we have a large living room with a lounge area where you can disconnect, read, watch TV and get to know people while you can also use the bar
area. You will find alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks in the bar at your disposal. There is also a skylight window, overlooking the pool area.
Massage room and gym : You can find a gym area on the lower ground floor where you can enjoy exercise surrounded by a comfortable environment. The Arnold Classic Gym is a fully equipped gym for your wellbeing at your disposal.

Outdoors

The pool and the outdoor area: Enjoy the sunny weather of Mallorca while you dip in the salt water pool (5 x 7m, 1,64m deep). By the pool there are sunbeds, a Balinese bed and sofas where you can enjoy a drink from the pool area.
Outside Chill out area: This is the ideal place where you can disconnect and let yourself be carried away by the surrounding views, the quietness of the place and the relaxed atmosphere. The best way to enjoy your holiday in the island. This is a place designed for you in order to disconnect and relax.


Location

The villa has the ideal location to be in the middle of nature with a fantastic view of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains with easy access to the beach and to the town center.
